Privacy notice

This notice explains what the Living Water Productions website collects, why, and the choices you have. In short: I only collect what you send me and what's needed to run the site, I don't sell it, and measurement tools stay off if you ask.

Last updated: November 2, 2026

Who I am

Living Water Productions LLC is a video production company in San Antonio, Texas, run by Javier J. Cintrón. In this notice, “I” and “me” mean Living Water Productions. Questions or requests: [email protected].

What you send me

Contact form: your name and email, and anything else you choose to fill in — phone, church or organization, the package or type of project, budget, timeline, preferred language, how you heard about me, and your message.

Pricing guide form: your name and email, and your church or organization if you add it.

Mailing list: only if you tick the box on a form, I note that you'd like occasional news and tips.

Booking a call: the booking window is run by Calendly. What you enter there (such as your name, email and answers) goes to Calendly and to me so I can hold the call. Calendly only loads when you press a booking button.

What is collected automatically

My web server records each request — your internet (IP) address, the page, the time, and your browser type — to keep the site secure and fix problems. These logs are deleted after about two weeks. Your IP address is also used for a moment to stop spam and abuse, but it isn't saved with your message.

Cloudflare sits in front of the site to protect it and make it faster, so your visit passes through Cloudflare. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.

When you use a form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you're a person and not a bot, using technical details from your browser.

Only if allowed (see “Your choices” below): measurement tools record the pages you view, roughly where you are (city level), your type of device, how you found the site, and actions like sending a form, requesting the pricing guide, booking a call, tapping to call or text, or playing a video. They never receive your name, email or message.

Cookies and similar tools

Google Analytics (if allowed): cookies named _ga and _ga_… that count visits and actions, kept for up to 2 years. If my Google Ads account is linked, Google may also use them to measure ads and show my ads to people who visited.

Meta Pixel (if allowed): a cookie named _fbp that tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) whether my ads led to a visit or inquiry and lets my ads reach people who visited, kept for up to 3 months.

Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie to tell people from bots.

Your browser remembers your privacy choice on this device, and briefly holds your first name in that browser tab so the thank-you page can greet you. Neither is sent to me or anyone else.

Portfolio videos on YouTube: preview pictures load from YouTube's servers. When you press play, the video plays in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), and YouTube may then collect information under Google's privacy policy.

How I use your information

To answer your message, send the pricing guide you asked for, plan and hold calls, and provide the services you hire me for.

To send occasional news and tips, only if you ticked the mailing-list box. Every such email lets you unsubscribe, or just reply “unsubscribe”.

To keep the site safe and stop spam, and to understand which pages and ads help people find me.

Who else receives it

I don't sell your personal information. Messages and pricing guide requests are stored on my own server and delivered to my own email server.

These companies help run the site, each under its own privacy policy: Cloudflare (security, speed, bot checks and cookie-free visit counts).

Calendly (booking calls).

Google (Analytics, ads measurement, YouTube), if measurement is allowed.

Meta (ads measurement on Facebook and Instagram), if measurement is allowed.

I may also share information if the law requires it.

How long I keep it

Messages and pricing guide requests are kept as long as I need them to answer you and keep records of our work together. You can ask me to delete them at any time. Web server logs are deleted after about two weeks.

Google Analytics keeps its measurement data for up to 14 months.

Your choices

Use “Privacy choices” (at the bottom of every page) to turn measurement on or off. Turning it off deletes the measurement cookies.

If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, measurement stays off automatically. Visitors from Europe, the UK and Switzerland are asked first, and nothing is measured until they agree.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser's settings.

You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it or delete it, or ask me to stop emailing you. Write to [email protected]; I'll answer within 45 days.

Children

This site is meant for adults planning video projects. I don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent me information, write to me and I'll delete it.

Security

The site only works over a secure (HTTPS) connection, and your messages are kept on my own server behind a password-protected sign-in. No website is perfectly secure, so please don't send passwords or payment details through the forms.

Changes

If I change how the site handles information, I'll update this page and the date at the top.

You're booked!
